Email marketing is one of the most effective forms of marketing out there – even more than social media. With an average of 306 billion emails sent per day (Hubspot), it’s important to learn how to stand out in your target audience’s inbox. Additionally, email ROI is an impressive $36 for every $1 spent (Hubspot) – making it one of the more profitable types of marketing.

Ideally, we want you to have an email service provider as this allows you to bulk send legally. If your email service provider does have a form of automation, even better. Here are a couple of email service providers that we know can support this type of campaign:

  • Keap (this is what we use)
  • Hubspot
  • Mailchimp

If you have more than 10 people in your network that you have email addresses for, you should be investing in your email marketing. This could be through regular email newsletters, offering free resources to grow your email list, or following up on sales prospects. The earlier you invest in email marketing the better. From personal experience, you will make mistakes. That’s the beauty of marketing – there’s never a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s literally all an experiment. As an entrepreneur, it may be easier to make those mistakes on a smaller scale and learn as you grow your email list.

This campaign works for any email list size because it’s focusing on the contacts you’re already engaging within your sales pipeline.

P.S. Don’t let anyone tell you that your list is too small. Everyone starts somewhere. And the fact that you already have an email list is HUGE!
